I have lived in Atlanta for over 20 years and consider Atlanta to be my home. I make it a point to stay up to date with what is going on in local communities, constantly familiarizing myself with the housing market, and local real estate values.
 
Selling your home, I have dedicated myself to marketing many wonderful communities in the Metro Atlanta Area. I believe in maximizing the exposure of your home. I will market your listing using direct mail, local newspaper, and investor/broker contacts. I am a member of FMLS and GAMLS, an exclusive real estate agent database, which will expose your property to over 900,000 agents, selling your home faster.
 
I am a firm believer that a good agent will do all the work for you, all the way to the closing table, and that is exactly what I do. From setting an accurate asking price and prescreening prospective buyers to showing your home and negotiating the final price.
 
Purchasing property, I specialize in many areas of real estate including commercial, tenant placement, investment property, and residential. Whether you are a first-time home buyer or a seasoned investor, my expertise will allow me to find the property that is right for you.
 

My Qualifications

  • I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Georgia.
  • I am an Alumni of Georgia State University, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration majoring in Real Estate. I chose Real Estate as my major so that I can have in-depth knowledge in every area of real estate, to more effectively serve you. This allows me to have a more competitive edge as well as a better understanding of my client's real estate needs.
  • I have worked in the real estate departments of several large Corporations including the Real Estate law firm Morris, Schneider and Prior LLC, Cingular Wireless (Real Estate Division), and McDonald's Corporation (Real Estate Development Department).
  • I am the proud recipient of the Multi-Million Dollar Producer Award and have been a Top Producer since 2007.
  • I authored the book How to Sell Homes Fast for Top Dollar.
